Wait for us to approve your picture (sometimes pictures need to be arrange in order to fix in the acrylic, depending on the number of people/pets) We normally respond within 24 hrs. 2. Once your picture has been approve you can now place your order! 3. If we have any questions about your picture we'll be contacting you. 4. Remember that portraits normally take 1 to 2 weeks to be shipped

Absolutely! You can modify the original picture as you wish! You can even create your own picture. For example, if you want three people in the same picture but you don't have a picture of the three of them together just send three different pictures to us and we'll make the magic!
