Shipping & Returns 

All orders are processed within 3-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Except acrylic and water color portraits which are processed within 1–2 weeks of receipt. After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The notification will provide tracking information.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email, social media or phone.

 

Once an item has been shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control when it will arrive, when it gets marked as delivered, we cannot locate your package if it goes missing, etc. If your package is missing please file a claim with your local post office as there is nothing we can do on our end.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Casa de papel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Casa de papel is not responsible for these charges if they are incurred.
